CAPABILITY MAPPING AND TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS
CFA - Community Engagement
I developed a capability framework for CFA community engagement staff that encompassed various roles to assess the desired abilities, skills and knowledge requried to build operational capability and capacity. This analysis of the current environment also allowed for training gaps to be identified. This involved investigating and interpreting a wide range of content and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the framework would be relevant and achievable.
Once the analysis was complete I was able to design a training solution that was scaleable and suitable for the wide and varied member base.
I have received praise from leadership and executive directors for my work and have also been invited to present the findings to many departments so that this methology could be used on a wider scale.
