I’m Aimee Pearce, a senior learning strategist and digital learning designer specialising in capability development for complex, safety‑critical and operational environments. I bring a unique blend of instructional design expertise, enterprise learning architecture, and leadership capability development to organisations that need learning systems built for performance, compliance, and real‑world impact.

 

My experience spans aviation, emergency services, defence‑adjacent industries, and large operational organisations. I design learning that is practical, evidence‑based, and aligned to organisational strategy — from digital learning and blended programs to capability frameworks and evaluation systems.

 

I’m currently completing a Master of Education (Learning & Leadership), building on my advanced digital learning design background with deeper capability in learning analytics, evaluation, and strategic learning leadership.
